Staying Focused on the Vision

Our Mission Statement

Grow in faith, Grow with family, and Grow His Church!

Our Core Values

In John 4:23 -24, Jesus said, "True worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship Him that way. For God is Spirit, so those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth."

Worship is a lifestyle devoted to God in heartfelt obedience. This lifestyle of worship means we devote our time and energy as followers of Christ to spiritual disciplines such as personal Bible study and prayer, giving our tithes and offerings, private and corporate praise, and more.

By doing this we grow in our personal walk with Christ but we also outwardly display our worship to God for others to see and be impacted by.

We believe that God desires to empower us by the power of the Holy Spirit in order to fulfill the Great Commission stated by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19, "Go and make disciples of all nations...".

This means sharing the love and hope of God through the Gospel with others. We do this primarily in two ways: (1) serving our local community to impact the lives of those around us while also sharing our testimony and faith, and (2) by giving to support local and foreign missions as well as going when we can on trips to serve and share the Gospel with them.

Psalm 133:1 says, "How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony," and Jesus' prayer in John 17 shows how much God desires unity among His church. One of the most important values at FFC is that we are "Family Centered".

"Family Centered" has two meanings: 1) We desire that every member of every family at our church grows in all aspects of life, 2) We desire that our FFC family grows both spiritually and socially as they connect with each other and build lasting relationships.

One of the most important duties that we have as followers of Christ is to be socially responsible to others. At FFC, we believe that every follower of Christ should find a place to serve in ministry in order to impact lives of others inside and outside the church walls.

Whether that ministry is behind the scenes or in visible to others, every ministry is vital to the growth of the local church and to the building of the Kingdom of God.
